We use sophisticated Wound Vac Therapy to aide the healing process, and are trained to minister to diabetic, pressure, vascular, neuropathic and venous ulcers, as well as other complicated or complex wounds.

- PHYSICIANS
Direct and oversee a patient’s care plan, administers patient therapies and pain management.
- SKILLED NURSES
We offer a full spectrum of skilled services including wound care, IV therapy, medication management, disease process management, diabetic care, CHF/Cardiac issues, respiratory issues and COPD, and Alzheimer’s care.
- PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
Services include gait and transfer training and functional mobility skills. Our therapists teams will make home visits to offer a variety of rehab services including exercises for strengthening, balance improvement, and other therapy. We also offer home-safety assessments, and may recommend modifications when possible.
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS
These therapists focus on helping patients regain their skills for daily living activities such as dressing, eating, energy conservation; and regaining strength and cognitive abilities. These therapists may also make recommendations for home or office modifications
- SPEECH THERAPISTS
Engage the patient in cognitive retraining, swallowing strategies, and improvement in speech quality. - HOME HEALTH AIDES

We are multi-lingual company and offer services for speakers of: English, Russian, Spanish, Cantonese, Mongolian, and Tagalong. Services for other language speakers may be available as requested.
