American CareQuest, Inc. has been operating in the San Francisco Bay Area as a home care company since 2002. American CareQuest, Inc expanded the services to become a full-spectrum Home Health Care agency in 2004, and became certified and accredited by Joint Commission as a Home Health Care agency.
Since 2009, we began offering Hospice Service. We are accredited by Medicare and JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations.)

If you have been admitted to a any hospital you may request a referral to our Home Health and Hospice services. Patients of any hospital, acute rehabilitation facility, skilled nursing facility, or clinic can request services directly, or through a referral from a primary care physician.
If you are homebound or have difficulty leaving home on a regular basis, talk to your doctor about how home care may improve your quality of life. A doctor, family member, social worker, or nurse can inquire about initiating services by calling (415) 885-9100.
